Back to the Truth was founded by Shalisa Griffin, a faithful servant committed to helping others grow in their walk with the Lord. Originally from Newark, New Jersey, Shalisa earned her bachelor’s degree from Delaware State University and dual master’s degrees from the University of Central Florida.

While these achievements led to a successful career, Shalisa recognized that her purpose extended far beyond her profession. By faith, she grew more and more confident in sharing her love for Jesus in both her personal and professional spheres.

Shalisa has a genuine conviction to conquer condemnation, connect souls with Christ, and teach people how to apply God’s Word to their daily lives. She was called to create spaces for people to draw closer to Jesus and gain a deeper understanding of the truth. This calling led to the creation of Back to the Truth.
